Our Care Homes

Whilst each of our Care Centres for the Elderly has its own unique character and environment, there is a commitment to quality and service that runs as a common thread throughout each of them. All of our care centres provide the highest quality of care and nutrition, and our expert care staff are available 24 hours a day, all year round to provide support and assistance to our residents.

On the pages for each of our care centres, you’ll find details of the key facilities, the home’s location and map, and contact details for the home’s manager should you wish to contact them. We always provide a direct link, by phone and email, to each of our care centre managers; there are no call centres or answer phones and your call will always be answered in person.

We are proud of all of our care centres and our commitment to quality is backed up by the independent monitoring and assessment of the Care Quality Commission (CQC). That is why we also provide a link through to each care centre’s CQC registration entry and latest assessment report.

On each care centre’s page you’ll also find links through to the home’s dedicated website where you can find out about the home in greater detail. Should you be interested in one of our homes in particular please contact the Home Manager directly to arrange a visit to the home and to meet some of the residents. If you are not sure which home would best suit your needs then please contact our Director of Care Services, Mrs Tania Thompson on 01206 321150 and discuss your requirements with her.

The Care Quality Commission is currently transitioning from periodic assessment and star ratings to continuous monitoring of basic care standards. Their website currently only provides basic registration information about care centres and they will be adding more detail as they update their site. The star rating system ended in Summer 2010.
